Collapsing
A downloadable game for Windows
Overview:
Collapsing is a sci-fi strategy game where you build cubic defenses to defend against the Triangular Imperium. When you start a game, you can customize your system cluster or randomize your cluster. After, you will attempt to defend your system cluster from the Triangular Imperium. There is no way to win against them, instead the game is a fun challenge to see how long you can defend the system cluster. You can build defenses for your systems and planets. You can also build fleets to send between your systems to counter Tri fleets.
Build System:
To build your ships and defenses, you get to design them with a variety of modules. The different modules cost different resources and have an upkeep cost after you start deploying them. Tri ships also build their own ships with a similar system so be sure to analyze what they're doing to counter them effectively.
Resources and Structures:
To build your ships and defenses, you need to acquire resources. These resources can be collected by building the proper structure. Some structures can also be built to help defend your systems. A variety of structures can be built in space and on rocky planets.
Space Layers:
You can move your ships through the different space layers. These layers can be switched between while traveling in between systems and during combat. These all have their advantages and disadvantages to using them.
Space Combat:
This occurs when a Tri fleet invades one of your systems. Before combat starts, you will have the chance to maneuver reinforcements into your system. The combat that you can expect is like a regular slow-paced real-time strategy game. You will have access to all the ships and defenses that are in the system to protect it. If you lose the battle and have no more defended planets in the system, you lose that system for the rest of the game.
Ground Combat:
Once you lose the space battle, you have to protect your planet to keep control of the system. The combat here is similar to a turn-based strategy game, where each side gets a turn after a month of in-game time.
The Demo (probably won't be developed further):
The demo doesn't have ground combat, resources, and some of the structures.

I tried to play your game. Honestly, I don't know what to say. I find it really crazy how complex and how much content it seems to have, while being completely inaccessible for anyone to test. I was trying to build a ship to fight the Tri fleet. There are so many modules, but no explanation of what does what and what do I need for what... Then I created a fleet (or at least I thought I did) but when it came to the fight I could not click the fight button and the game just froze?
The game might be fun, but I could not get to a point where I felt like I was playing and not clicking through a SAP interface. I would recommend spending some time trying to get it to a stage where it is accessible to other people before adding more stuff.
